Best of Cleveland 2009 Ballot

Where can you find the bar food? Who’s the best local anchor? And suburb has the best hot spots?

Cast your votes for these and fifty-five other “Best of Cleveland” categories and be entered to win two VIP tickets and Valet Parking to the "Best of Cleveland" Party at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum Friday October 16, 2009.

Please fill out your ballot entirely -- mark an X in spaces where you have no answer. At least half the categories must be completed for a ballot to be counted.  Include each restaurant's full name and the city in which it is located. Only online ballots submitted through Cleveland Magazine’s website will be accepted.

For your ballot to be counted and to be considered for the grand prize, you must complete your ballot entirely and include your name and phone number. Please include the full name of each answer. Mark spaces for which you have no answer with an X. The winner will be selected from a random drawing of completed ballots.
