GOLDEN TOUCH // Staying warm and tanned all year long is an easy reality for residents at the 1900 Euclid Avenue Lofts, with its in-house tanning bed. “It’s for residents only, located in our fitness center. The residents have 24-hour access to it,” says Alexis Frasher, property manager. “It gets a lot of use.”
SWEET SUITE // Residents at Bridgeview Apartments can pull out all the hospitality stops when friends and family come to town by reserving the building’s guest suite. At $125 a night, the apartment is furnished with one queen bed and two twin beds, a full kitchen, access to laundry facilities and a parking space reserved solely for the out-of-towners. “It gets pretty booked up in advance,” says social media marketing consultant and property concierge Jane Frires. “New Year’s and almost every weekend in December is already booked.”
POOL PARTY // Score a top-notch view of the city while cooling off at the Chesterfield’s rooftop pool. “You are 20 stories up, so you are pretty much above everything,” says the building’s assistant property manager, Holly Hughes. The pool, which stretches halfway across one of the buildings’ two wings, is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. “Weekends are definitely packed,” she says. “We have certain residents that use it every day.”
JAM SESSION // If you live at River Bend condominiums, getting 100 of your closest friends together to rock out to sounds of bands such as Fun is a real possibility. The second floor deck that runs along the river, known as a primo spot to catch shows at Jacobs Pavilion, can be reserved by residents. “You don’t come down here exactly for the peace and quiet, now do you?” says resident Sheldon Lewin.
