Welcome Back, Potter

Unless you’re more of a muggle than most, you know that the eagerly anticipated, and much ballyhooed, seventh and final book of the Harry Potter series, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,” will be released at the witching hour July 21. Local events celebrating the book’s release seem to be as numerous as the flavors of Bertie Bott’s Beans. So, wizards and witches of all ages, grab your robes and wands, and join in the fun one last time.

This streetwide party features magicians, sorting hats, snakes, owls and Dumbledore, as well as prizes, costumes, music and art. Local eateries serve Harry Potterthemed food, including butter beer and pumpkin juice.
