If you believe a drink or two gets your creative juices flowing, Sippin' in the Studio and Colors and Bottles will help you test that theory. The classes are a mix of art instruction and happy hour. We paint a picture of both.

WHAT TO EXPECT: "We do a lot with clay, so it's dusty and dirty. It's an active space for art," says Art House executive director Amy Craft. Enjoy two glasses of red or white wine and light snacks while the instructor teaches a technique, then begin creating.
THIS MONTH: The classes span various mediums. May participants will use leaves, pine needles and other botanicals to make impressions on a tray of gelatin, which produces a stamp used to create textured prints.
