Best Advice: From the father of a friend who was a c-suite leader of one of Cleveland’s largest manufacturing companies: “The hardest thing you do in life is build a track record of success.” His point: engage at the fullest in everything you do.
Proudest Moment: I had a colleague who was struggling at work. She was ready to leave the organization. Recognizing her potential, a couple members of my team and I convinced her to persevere. After a challenging few months and with support from those who believed in her abilities, she achieved recognition that was well beyond what she expected possible.
Most Important Skill: Listening
Hobby/Passion: Squash, tennis, paddle tennis and golf allow me to get lost in friendly competition with others.
