For a restaurant dedicated to creating a family atmosphere, there are few bigger times of year than fish fry season.
This year, the globally inspired Burton spot is offering a sea of options, such as beer-battered cod and more modern dishes. Sides include pickled fennel slaw, remoulade sauce and JoJo fries or zucchini fries.
"We are excited to offer the pickled fennel slaw this year for our fish fry," says owner Blaze Tishko. "We are offering lobster bisque, calamari, Thai salmon and tuna nachos on the menu this time around and warm stuffed grape leaves and spiked hummus for some vegetarian options."
