The Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds is coming alive this weekend for Polar Fest — an interactive winter festival. Friends and family will be able to participate in activities indoors and out. There will be horse drawn carriage rides, ice wine tasting, ice carving and more. Don’t worry about food because some of the best food trucks in Cleveland will be there. Free admission and parking. Cleveland Beerfest
Hope your ready for a cold one because the Huntington Convention Center is hosting this year’s Cleveland Beerfest for two nights of adult fun. It’ll be a whole lotta fun sampling hundreds of fresh craft beers of all styles and tastes from over 120 breweries. All the funds from this event will be going to the Music Education Society to help their initiative to support music programs in underfunded schools. $45-$65. One of America’s most popular stand-up comedians, Gabriel Iglesias, known as Fluffy in the world of comedy, is also a prolific voice actor. Ryan Dewey is looking into the future by understanding the way our cultural practices leave a lasting mark on the planet's changing landscape. The multi-disciplinary artist brings us into his world of installation art, research and ecology at the Sculpture Center. The exhibit features hand tools used to build landscape models that speculate about the affects of climate change and what the world will look like after we're gone. Free.
