The traditional mix of sugar, lime, mint and rum gets a little love on Valentine's Day thanks to Table 45's Bee Mine Mojito ($10). Fresh-squeezed lime, fresh mint, soda and a house-made simple syrup created with honey rather than sugar form a tasty union with raspberries, blackberries and Bacardi Razz Rum. "The mint is refreshing and crisp, while the berries aren't overly sweet," says lead bartender Joe Lipiec. "Sometimes people try to make their drinks too involved. We didn't do anything too crazy. We just kept it simple and sweet." 9801 Carnegie Ave., Cleveland, 216-707-4045, tbl45.com
