WHEN WE GAVE Lola Bistro a glowing review in Sept. 1997 (lower photo), we had no idea chef/owner Michael Symon would be named Iron Chef a decade later in the Food Network’s Kitchen Stadium. You could even say his victory last month was Cleveland’s first national championship in a generation. Eat your heart out, sports fans. We’re sure Symon has a recipe.
