Some restaurant’s house-made sauces, dressings and condiments are so good, we’re often telling anyone within earshot that if they bottled the stuff, we’d buy cases. Luckily, Ninja City must have heard our calls. The Gordon Square Arts District eatery began bottling and selling its ginger ketchup ($6) in February. Available at the restaurant and local spots such as Constantino’s Market, the rich dip infused with fresh ginger, lemongrass and garlic comes on several of Ninja City’s burgers and little bites. Now, we can douse the vegan, gluten-free ketchup on anything we want.
