A Flavorful Patty From Goatfeathers Point Farm

Try out this recipe for a new spin on the classic burger patty.

Goatfeathers Point Farm''s Meatloaf Patties
Serves 5

1 pound pasture-raised ground beef 

1/2 cup minute rice

1/2 cup diced onions

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup diced green pepper

1 large egg or two small eggs

Salt and pepper

Add beaten eggs and rice in bowl. Cut vegetables and mix all ingredients together. Form into small patties and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. Place on your choice of bun, top with condiments and serve.
