Best Of CLE: Cedar Grove Leather's 3 Pocket Wallet

A one-time gift-making endeavor in 2018 turned into something much bigger for Jessi Chapin. After working with leather to make a friend a present and really enjoying the process, Chapin decided to turn her fun hobby into a full-time business with Cedar Grove Leather.

“I wanted to provide a functional piece so that it makes your life easier,” says Chapin, who makes the wallets out of her home workshop.

The customizable wallet can be made in more than five different colors (think midnight blue, weathered brown and slate) of full-grain, vegetable tanned Italian leather and a contrasting stitch border in colors such as burgundy, mint or salmon.
