To mangle a line from America's favorite party siren, Kesha, the party don't start till you walk in ... wearing a party crown. Courtney McCrone, the designer behind the bright and breezy 23 Skidoo clothing line, certainly brings the party wherever she goes. Her pipe-cleaner creations ($12), emblazoned with faux-jewel lettering in phrases such as "Guy Thigh" and "She Doesn't Even Go Here," carry just a bit of their creator's whimsy into the world - party or not. "I keep these in my car in case I have to have an emergency whimsical moment," says McCrone, who started her business last September.
