When faced with more than a dozen different steaks on Urban Farmer's dinner menu, the carnivore in us gets a little anxious. So the restaurant's steak tasting menu ($64) is a meat lover's dream. Try three of the steakhouse's most popular 6-ounce New York strip steaks: a grass-fed steak from Eugene, Oregon, a corn-fed steak from Kansas and a 21-day dry-aged steak from New Creations Farm in Chardon. "It's nice to taste them all side by side and see the contrast in flavor and quality," says chef de cuisine Rebecca Hess. "It's kind of like doing a wine tasting — we can all taste a glass here and there, but when you taste them back to back, you can taste the differences and the subtle nuances so much easier." And for the refined diner with a Fred Flintstone appetite, you can add a 6-ounce wagyu steak for $30. 1325 E. Sixth St., Cleveland, 216-771-7707, urbanfarmercleveland.com
