Best of Cleveland 2016: Build-Your-Own-Pie

Pick Your Pie gives us the control over how much crust, filling or toppings we want in our pie.

Any way you slice it, there’s no such thing as too much pie crust. Pick Your Pie’s customizable pie-in-a-cup (32-40 cents per ounce) lets us load up on house-made crumbled crusts such as graham cracker, vanilla, chocolate or ginger snap and a buffet of fillings, toppings and house-made sauces. Try mixing cheesecake, cherry and chocolate fillings for a cherry chocolate cheesecake. “If you go to Bakers Square for a Key lime pie, you just get a slice of Key lime pie,” says owner Scott Greer. “Here you can get a Key lime pie with graham cracker and vanilla crust and ginger snap crust.” 5815 B Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, 440-565-7050, pickyourpie.com
