They’re almost too pretty to eat. Itty Bitty Bakeshop’s custom cookie creations ($48 and up per dozen) look like mini pieces of art — bright green margaritas with a lime wedge and sugar rim, blushing llamas with a fiesta blanket or sunglass-wearing pineapples. Owner Tiffany Dziak paints each in incredibly intricate detail. “It takes a lot of patience,” she says. But don’t let the beautiful designs stop you from taking a bite. Each cookie is lightly sweet with a firm-but-not-hard royal icing — and way too good to stop once you’ve started. “Over the years, my mom and I have tweaked the sugar cookie recipe to get it perfectly soft,” Dziak says. “If it looks crispy in the oven, it’s too crispy. I take them out when they have almost a glazed top to make sure they stay soft.” facebook.com/ittybittybakeshopcle
