Stumbling upon chef Adam Bostwick’s new collaboration with Porco Lounge & Tiki Room is like finding buried treasure. Since the Chopped champion teamed up with the Ohio City bar in October, he’s rolled out themed menu nights such as Yacht Rock Wednesdays and Carnivore Appreciation Thursdays. But we’re fans of Tuesday’s Havana Night, where we can dig into the Porco picadillo ($9) while sipping on a Cuba Libre cocktail. It may look like a frittata, but this Latin tortilla specialty has a layered punch. Topped with crispy potatoes, spicy pork hash, beets, tomatoes and cilantro, it’s a flavor-packed gem we’re happy to discover. 2527 W. 25th St., Cleveland, 216-802-9222, porcolounge.com
