Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge
Democrat and local prosecutor Richard Bell is running against Republican incumbent Wanda C. Jones. She was appointed by former Gov. John Kasich in 2018 to fill a seat vacated by Ohio Supreme Court associate Justice Michael Donnelly.
