The Hingetown cold-pressed juice maker has us nuts for cashew mylke.

Milk may do your body good, but Beet Jar Juice Bar’s cashew mylk soothes our soul. There’s a brief moment of hipster Zen as you reach into the grab-and-go cooler filled with perfect rows of 8- and 16-ounce bottles of vanilla bean, cacao and — depending upon what ingredients are fresh — spirulina (it’s bright green), turmeric, lavender or mint chocolate chip. Using cashews, dates, vanilla beans, sea salt and reverse osmosis-water as a base, the mylks ($5 for 8 ounces, $9 for 16 ounces) are made fresh daily.
