Less than a week after Ken Stewart's East Bank closed in October, Bold Food and Drink started cooking up casual gourmet dishes in the Flats East Bank location. Partners Demetrios Atheneos and Fady Chamoun, who own Valley View's the Oak Barrel and Lakewood's Forage Public House together, celebrated the opening of their third restaurant Oct. 13. "We definitely turned some heads with how fast we were able to turn the tables," Atheneos says. Here's a look at some numbers behind the new spot.
