Getting to the gym may be harder than ever, but there are a few low-stress ways to stay active at home. You can adapt these three virtual classes to perfectly suit your needs and difficulty level.

Cycling: Harness Cycle offers both livestreamed classes and on-demand workouts at a variety of lengths and levels to get a great cardio workout at home. “You’re still connecting, even though you’re not in the same physical space,” says owner Anne Hartnett. “It’s a great feeling to be moving live with the coach and knowing how other people are doing simultaneously from their homes as well.” $45 per month, harnesscycle.com

Dance: Viva Dance Studio has everything from salsa to zouk, but its livestream Latin Body Movement class is the best of working out while having fun. “You’ll learn steps and styling for samba, rumba, cha-cha, jive, East Coast swing, zouk, bachata, all sorts of different dances,” says co-owner Parker Amsel. “And then you use them as an exercise. And it’s pretty intense.” $40 for four sessions, vivadancestudio.com

F45/HIIT: HIIT is great aerobic exercise without the endurance required of some other sports. Cleveland State University’s Zoom F45 class requires no at-home equipment and you can adapt it to your strength level. “[We] focus on team training,” says trainer Emma Cecil. “I like to compare it to a sports team. You may be doing one exercise and another person may be doing another but you’re really encouraging one another to keep working out.” Free, csuohio.edu/recreationcenter
