Lighter beers are harder to make, says owner Bob Weber. "There's nothing to cover up any potential mistakes because they are so lightly hopped. I generally steer people toward a more robust, hoppier beer because they'll have better results."

With 80 beers to choose from, it's important for you to be prepared before coming in, says owner Chris McKim. "Have an idea of what kind of beer you want to brew. The panic that you have when you walk in and see the menu goes away."
