Adding a new piece to its pie, Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park’s new Concerto Italian Kitchen is a fast-casual spot featuring pizzas layered with a choice of more than 25 toppings, sauces and cheeses. Concerto further amps up the Rocksino’s food options, which includes Kosar’s Wood-Fired Grill and Hard Rock Cafe. “No matter what experience you’re looking for, you’re going to find something here,” says general manager Mark Birtha. 10777 Northfield Road, Northfield, 330-908-7625, hrrocksinonorthfieldpark.com

While ditching the Horseshoe brand meant losing the Total Rewards program, Jack Cleveland Casino is doubling down with its own ClubJack program. Rewards include hotel stays, valet parking, invites to events and comp gaming, which players used to have to redeem via separate terminals. “[Now] if I want to turn my points into free play, I can do it right at the game,” says Mark Tricano, Jack’s senior vice president of operations for Northeast Ohio. 100 Public Square, Cleveland, 216-297-4777, jackentertainment.com/cleveland

Gallop over to Jack Thistledown Racino and check out the racetrack’s new glass entrance, which adds a modern feel to the original red-brick building. But the $70 million in renovations also includes two new restaurants. Millcreek Grille features dishes such as ginger pork belly tacos, while Nonna Pazza is a quick-service pasta spot. “You can be in and out of there within 10 to 15 minutes to get back on the gaming floor,” says Tricano. 21501 Emery Road, North Randall, 216-662-8600, jackentertainment.com/thistledown
