Mincemeat: Michelle Santantonio makes her mincemeat pie ($16), a double-crusted creation filled with apples, raisins, cinnamon and suet (beef fat), from ingredients found at the West Side Market where her Michelle's Bakery stand is located. "Cinnamon, apples, raisins — it smells like Christmas or Thanksgiving," Santantonio muses.
