Sure, there are bloody mary bars and mimosa kits to make your brunch out with friends fun and exciting.
But when Two Bucks business partners Cory Rowland, Kas Filippova and Eric Nugent were brainstorming ideas for the six locations of their laid-back, affordable restaurants, they knew they had to go big with the rollout of the Two Bucks Tower ($30-$40).
The 2 1/2-foot plastic cylinder holds a whopping 88 ounces of six different cocktail options including sangria, rosé punch and the crowd-favorite mimosa — all kept cold by the chill-rod insert in each tower.
The eye-catching structures allow patrons to pour their own drink right from the table, thus keeping guests in place and limiting the amount of contact with staff and other diners. The sheer height of the towers holding the brightly colored cocktails makes them a can’t-miss spectacle both on social media and in person.
“The aesthetic of seeing these towers go out to a table is a wow factor,” says Rowland. “As soon as one table gets one, the other tables suddenly want one too.” Various locations, twobucks.com
