There's something almost theatrical about Bin 216's Maine lobster nachos ($15.50). Located in the Ohio Theatre's original lobby, Driftwood Restaurant Group's swanky new wine and cocktail bar sets the stage for Chris Hodgson's dramatic dish of golden fried wonton chips topped with pickled peppers, cotija cheese, lemon aioli and lobster in a cream sauce. "The lemon aioli really helps to cut through the richness of the cheese and the lobster cream sauce," says general manager Andrew Watts. Be sure to indulge with your supporting cast by your side. "It's one of the more filling dishes," he says. "So it's great for groups, but if you just want to tackle it on your own, it's a really good portion." 1515 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, 216-860-0530, bin216cleveland.com
