The Cleveland Browns cornerback boasts a collection of more than 1,000 kicks. When he partnered with David Van Gieson in 2014 to bring a sneaker boutique downtown, he partially stocked it with his own unworn Air Jordans and more. “Most of this is stuff that’s sold-out in stores that you can’t find anywhere else,” says Van Gieson. The modern-looking shop carries rare shoes such as a pair of black and red Air Jordan 1s ($690), Kanye West-designed Adidas Yeezy Boosts ($1,000-$1,890) and older LeBron models such as a green, white and gold (St. Vincent-St. Mary High School’s colors) LeBron 6 set ($535). “We’re easing people into a culture they might not be used to,” Van Gieson says. “We can bring Cleveland a little bit of street culture like other cities have.” 645
