Sweet Water Caravan, the Canton native’s renovated ’69 Serro Scotty camper, has been transformed into a mobile bar ready to roll into your wedding reception, birthday party or corporate event. The 13-by-7-foot trailer boasts sleek curves, wood-paneled windows and industrial Edison light fixtures that set the perfect backdrop for your Instagram snaps. Widuck and her drink-pouring crew serve beer, wine and spirits and can mix beverages from a 100-plus drink menu that includes muddled lemonade cocktails and Moscow mules. They also offer copper mugs, high-top tables, string lights and yard games to fit just about any affair. “It’s really setting a new bar for the bar,” says Widuck. “People frequent the bar the most.
