The fear of missing out — or FOMO — is a real thing when it comes to Architectural Justice Gallery & Cafe. Since opening in July, the European-inspired spot has become an Instagram darling with diners posting swoon-worthy pics of lattes, waffles and charcuterie boards artfully displayed on its marble, granite or wood tables. The bright and airy space, designed by owners James and Darlene Justice, who also run a Medina-based design firm of the same name, offers more than just photo opportunities. Executive chef Scott Popovic’s curated menu holds a host of attention-grabbing dishes. The classic tartine ($12) layers tender short rib, Brie, caramelized onions and a rich house-made fig jam on a French baguette. Fans of chicken and waffles might be surprised by Popovic’s version ($11), where meaty fried chicken breasts and thighs are replaced by two smaller drumsticks. But the jalapeno-bourbon maple syrup will win you over. With popular cooking classes and an area filled with treasures such as soap and jewelry, there’s plenty you don’t want to miss out on. 13593 Pearl Road, Strongsville, 440-268-8646, architecturaljustice.com
