Like the name suggests, this Hingetown bar feels like a magical jukebox in a Spotify world. Just about everything here is hand-selected, from the Cleveland concert posters such as Led Zeppelin’s 1970 show at Public Hall to the 100-album jukebox (ask for free tokens at the bar) featuring selections from upcoming local shows. The same holds true for the rotating 12-draft beer list and highly curated menu of sausages and kraut. But the handmade pierogies ($7 for three) are the headliners. Christa Kuebel, a friend of owner Alex Budin, spent two years teaching music and learning to make authentic pierogies in Poland before helping assemble Jukebox’s list, which hits all the right notes from old favorites such as potato, bacon, cheddar, chive and onion to more adventurous combos such as spicy chicken, black bean, cheddar and onion. Also Try: The build-your-own kraut bowl ($7) mixes sausage, chicken or tofu, with kraut and a house-made dipping sauce in a single tasty mashup. As one of three signature sandwiches, the veggie ($8) combines crispy tofu, goat cheese spread, carrots, beets and balsamic dressing. 1404 W. 29th St., Cleveland, 216-206-7699, jukeboxcle.com
