Just as tiny as grandma’s kitchen and with as much heart, the 22-seat Parma restaurant serves up a menu of family recipes co-owner Sophie Hart carried with her from her native Poland. She even imports spices from Europe to make dishes such as the Tour of Poland ($11.50). The smorgasbord features a so-tender-you-can-cut-it-with-a-spoon cabbage roll stuffed with seasoned ground beef and rice and finished with a ladling of thin red sauce, a savory smoked kielbasa grilled and topped with tangy sauerkraut and two pan-fried potato or potato-and-cheddar pierogies. Green beans and a multigrain roll round out the Poland-on-a-plate meal. Also Try: The pork chops ($10.75) are breaded, fried and plated with mashed potatoes, beef gravy, green beans and a multigrain roll. The chicken paprikash ($10.50), a Saturday special concocted with imported Hungarian paprika and Hart’s spaetzle, comes with a side of fresh cucumber salad. 5772 Ridge Road, Parma, 440-842-8212
