Traci Ashworth, MSN, RN, CHSE, is Simulation Program Manager at the VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System. A registered nurse since 2007, she brings nearly 20 years of experience in critical care, emergency nursing, clinical instruction and simulation education. Traci established and developed the Cleveland VA simulation center, which has achieved advanced simulation accreditation three times from the VA SimLEARN National Simulation Center. A Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator, she continues to advance nursing education through creative, evidence-based simulation practices.
