McGhee, Cedric

Cedric McGhee is a December 2025 nursing graduate of Lorain County Community College who exemplifies perseverance, compassion and a commitment to positively impacting lives through nursing. Despite significant personal challenges, Cedric remained dedicated to his education, his family and his goal of becoming a registered nurse. A natural leader, he supports classmates, volunteers in the nursing lab and consistently provides high-quality, compassionate care. Cedric has accepted an ICU nursing position at MetroHealth Medical Center and plans to continue teaching BLS and ACLS courses throughout Northeast Ohio.
