Nydza, Alexander

Alexander Nydza, MSN, RN, PCCN, NEA-BC, is a nurse manager who has taken on progressive responsibility as a critical care leader at MetroHealth. After previously managing the Cardiac Telemetry Unit, he recently expanded his role to also lead the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, bringing the two teams together while remaining engaged and supportive of both. Alex also serves as co-chair of Nursing Shared Governance’s Integrated Management Council, which works to enhance bidirectional communication from the bedside to the chief nursing officer.
