Raye, a set of two new residential towers, transforms the Van Aken District with more than 200 luxury apartment units added to the Shaker Heights development.
Two bridges connect the towers, which were developed by RMS, The Max Collaborative, and Uplands Real Estate Partners. The towers also have access to the Shaker Heights Country Club, Downtown Cleveland and multiple RTA lines with the HealthLine, Blue and Green lines.
“At RMS, our focus on community is at the heart of everything we do,” Jon Ratner, president of RMS, said in a press release. “Raye embodies our vision for the future — creating spaces that uplift communities and inspire generations to come.” (RMS also developed the Van Aken District.)
Raye offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts with amenities including a heated saltwater pool, 24-hour fitness faculty, ground-level lounge with an outdoor grilling deck, full-service concierge, dog run and pet spa, and one ace of private green space.
Raye’s addition adds to the Van Aken District’s 100,000-plus sq. ft. of ground-floor commercial space, over 60,000 sq. ft. of office space and 103 apartments in the district, which were previously completed in 2018.
“Our deep-rooted ties to the local area further demonstrate our commitment to building communities from the ground up,” Ratner said in the release. “We’re excited for our tenants to experience a thoughtfully designed environment that promotes connection, creativity, and a true sense of belonging.”
