What Success Looks Like to Me: I measure success not only by business outcomes, but by the relationships built, the people developed and the positive difference made along the way. At the end of the day, if I’ve helped someone grow, solved a challenge or left an organization stronger than I found it, that’s success.

What I Look for in a Leader: I admire leaders who combine vision with humility. The best leaders are authentic, decisive and willing to listen.

Favorite Quote: “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” — Theodore Roosevelt

An Important Lesson I Learned: The most important lesson I’ve learned is that success is never achieved alone. The strongest organizations, teams and communities are built on trust, collaboration and shared purpose. Early in my career, I thought leadership was about having the answers. Today, I know it’s about asking the right questions, listening carefully and helping others succeed. When you invest in people and relationships, great outcomes follow.
