What I Look for in a Leader: Vision, big-picture thinking, good blend of idealism and practicality, kindness, ability to collaborate and work with others, honesty, being direct but tactful and a focus on problem-solving.

If I Could Trade Places With Anyone: I would trade places with Taylor Swift to see what her world is like, but only for a day.

What Motivates Me Right Now: The big six are health, education, employment, housing, environment and public safety. Anything I can do to make progress on any of them is motivation for me.

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: I have an identical twin.

An Important Lesson I Learned: Not everything that one desires is possible; but much more is possible than what initially appears to be possible.

Outside of Work You'll Find Me: Rooting for Cleveland sports teams.
