What I Look for in a Leader: I look for leaders who are committed to something bigger than themselves, those who measure success by the impact they create for the organization and take pride in lifting up their teams and peers along the way.

What Motivates Me Right Now: As the leader of a 134-year-old, employee-owned firm, I’m motivated by the responsibility and the opportunity to build something that lasts. My focus is on strengthening every aspect of the business to create a well-rounded, energized and growing firm that is positioned to carry our legacy forward for the next generation.

Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends or relaxing at my lake cottage.
