What I Look for in a Leader: I look for someone who leads with character, who has a plan, is collaborative, open to input, demonstrates empathy and takes part in meaningful discussions to solve challenges. 

My Leadership Style: I am a servant leader because, as Robert Greenleaf wrote, a servant leader listens, supports and empowers while focusing on the growth of the team, organization and community. 

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me: I have been inducted into the Ohio State Fair Hall of Fame.

An Important Lesson I Learned: I have learned that knowing when to lead, follow, take directions or serve is extremely important. Whether it is shoveling snow, passing out programs, helping with clean-up or making key decisions, I must be willing to do what is needed to ensure success.

Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: Working with the All-Ohio State Fair Band and All-Ohio State Fair Youth Choir
