How I Approach My Day: I treat every day like a strategic blend of disciplined execution, relationship building and intentional enjoyment. My day revolves around scaling what matters, whether it is national and international business growth, strong team culture, member experiences at the club or time with my wife Megan and our sons, all while carving out space for the things that recharge me, like bourbon, cigars, golf, Cleveland sports and a well-crafted cocktail at the end of it.

What Success Looks Like to Me: I strongly feel that everyone has the same definition of success, which is happiness. Now, what makes one happy differs. For me it’s my family and friends.

What Motivates Me Right Now: I’m motivated by a powerful mix of legacy, momentum and meaningful impact, especially through family, business and the work of helping others. Family is the deepest driver. Megan and I are raising our four sons while continuing the mission of Prayers from Maria.

An Important Lesson I Learned: Treat every single person with genuine kindness, respect and support ... because you never know who they are or how it might come full circle.
