How I Approach My Day: I approach each day with gratitude. I like to begin each day reflecting on at least three things that I am grateful for, and then I like to prioritize movement by running.

What Success Looks Like to Me: Success is measured by the strength of the teams we build and the impact we have on the lives of others.

What I Look for in a Leader: I look for leaders who are deeply rooted in purpose and values, and who understand that leadership is ultimately about people. The best leaders build trust, surround themselves with exceptional talent, and create space for others to thrive. They are confident enough to step back, listen, and empower their teams, while remaining accountable for setting direction and upholding standards.

If I Could Trade Places With Anyone: If I could trade places with anyone, it would be Joseph from the Bible. In the biblical story of Joseph, his ability to interpret dreams always stood out to me. I’ve always been drawn to how he helped people by understanding and sharing what their dreams meant.

What Would Surprise Someone to Learn About Me:  What people don't often see is the husband, father and grandfather who can be genuinely silly with his family.
