How I Approach My Day: I try to start each day with intention. Before the emails, meetings and demands of the day begin, I take a few quiet moments to focus on what matters most. I’m naturally a list person, but over time I’ve learned that the best days aren’t defined by what I accomplish — they’re defined by the impact I have on others. It is about showing up for people, both personally and professionally.

What Success Looks Like to Me: Ultimately, success is knowing you’ve made a positive difference in the lives of others.

What I Look for in a Leader: I admire leaders who lead with humility, confidence and strong character. The best leaders aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo, speak up when it matters and take action to solve problems.
