What Motivates Me Right Now: There is something deeply satisfying about helping a nonprofit sharpen its focus and more powerfully fulfill its purpose. The remarkable range of organizations I work with, the breadth of services I provide and the passionate, creative people I meet along the way make this work endlessly invigorating.

My Leadership Style: I lead collaboratively and inclusively, genuinely believing that diverse perspectives — shaped by different life experiences — make us collectively smarter. 

Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: Being creative. Writing, painting and gardening feed something in me that work alone cannot. They slow me down, reconnect me to myself and remind me that beauty is worth making.
