What Success Looks Like to Me: I’m a big believer that it matters how you win. I think there are easy ways to win, but I believe you win by showing empathy and humility and following the rules. When we’re talking about success at Davey, we always have a goal in mind, but we lean into our values to get there.

My Leadership Style: I try to follow the servant leadership style, and I try to adhere to the qualities I look for in a leader — being curious and trustworthy and having empathy and humility. 

Outside of Work You’ll Find Me: Spending time outside with my dogs or just trying to be active. I like biking, fishing, birding and playing golf.
