How I Approach My Day: 1. Do the New York Times Spelling Bee and Wordle (and drink three cups of coffee) to wake up my brain. 2. Work out for 30 minutes to wake up my body. 3. Check out my texts and emails and freak out, which gets my adrenaline flowing. 4. Read a little note card with a saying from my late mom that says, “Be relentlessly positive,” which doesn’t always last long, but not for lack of effort!
