What Success Looks Like to Me: Success is building something that lasts beyond any one leader. I’m proudest when a team takes on something that initially seemed difficult or even impossible and, together, turns it into a result that matters. The numbers are important, but sustainable success is ultimately about people, culture and impact.

What I Look for in a Leader: I look for people who are curious, accountable and willing to tackle hard problems. The best leaders I’ve worked with combine confidence with humility: they have a point of view, but they’re willing to listen and change their minds when the facts warrant it.

My Leadership Style: I’m collaborative, transparent and very execution oriented. I like bringing smart people together around a problem, making sure we understand the data and different perspectives, and then moving from discussion to action.

An Important Lesson I Learned: You can have the right strategy and still fail if you haven’t brought people with you. I’ve learned that meaningful change requires understanding what matters to different stakeholders, listening carefully and creating a shared sense of purpose.
