Canopy Tours
This 2 1/2-hour guided trip zips visitors up to 30 mph along steel cables through a wooded wilderness and offers expansive panoramic views of Lake Erie. Insider’s Tip: Level up with multiple trips. “You almost can’t fully enjoy it the first time,” says Frantz. “Once you’ve got that comfort level, that’s when you really start to enjoy the views.”
Adult Adventure Course
Centered around a Swiss Family Robinson-inspired treehouse, this creative course has more than 30 obstacles — think suspended wooden barrels, balance beams and a wire network of trapeze. Insider’s Tip: You can plunge off the plank at the top of the tour for a 35-foot drop. “For a split second, you’re in free fall,” says Frantz.
Kid’s Adventure Course
This obstacle course lets young adventurers ages 4 to 10 balance across 20 different elements such as floating lily pads suspended 3 to 5 feet off the ground. Insider’s Tip: A hands-free trolley keeps kids linked to steel cables as they navigate the course. “They have the freedom to bounce, play, climb, move and run at a height they don’t normally go,” Frantz says.
