GroundWorks DanceTheater Summer Series
See award-winning choreographer, Adam Burrach, debut his world-premiere work inspired by mysticism, magic and creation at the Cain Park’s Alma Theater Friday through Sunday. The local dance company also performs a new adaption of the infamous Carmina Burana, a cantata composed by Carl Orff that’s based on a collection of dramatic medieval poems and texts. Agumboot Music Festival
Let loose and explore new sounds Friday night at the inaugural Agumboot Music Festival at Dunham Tavern and Museum. Only $15 a ticket, Cleveland’s version of a mini Coachella features top local and national artists and bands, such as Mimicking Birds, Chrome Pony, Ona and Village Bicycle, in an effort to turn up the volume on the city’s music scene.
