Anna Harouvis, chef and owner of Good to Go Cafe, shares three simple drink recipes.

Chocolate Monkey
3/4 cup milk or coconut milk + 1/3 cup soaked dates (pits removed) + 1/2 frozen banana + 1/4 cup raw cacao or chocolate powder
“It’s great for energy and recovery from school or a workout,” she says.

Greek God
3/4 cup chopped kale + 1 celery stalk + 1/2 frozen banana + 1/2 cup apple juice or water + 1 tablespoon lemon juice + 1/2 cucumber
“Cleopatra was said to eat a cucumber a day and had flawless skin,” Harouvis says. “It’s also great for hydration or a hangover cure.”

Fountain of Youth
Handful of frozen berries + 1/3 frozen banana + coconut water + tablespoon chia seeds
“Berries are for beauty and coconut water is a hydrator, which is like natural Botox,” she says. “Chia seeds are packed with fiber. This will keep you beautiful and glowing from the inside out.”
