A Dish We Love (1)

Prosciutto-wrapped dates

Stuff anything with cheese and we're in love. Fabio Salerno, the mastermind behind vegan and gluten-free hot spot Town Hall, must know this about us. Not only does he use Mackenzie Creamery's goat cheese in the restaurant's shareable prosciutto-wrapped dates ($7.50), but he sprinkles in a few more of our favorite things. The sweet fruit gets an unexpected warm-up thanks to spicy house-made chorizo and a welcomed crunch with a slab of salty and crispy prosciutto wrapped around each flavor-packed piece (while it's far from vegan, it's still gluten-free.). Don't disregard what else comes on the plate. When partnered with tangy arugula tossed in balsamic vinegar and topped with sliced almonds, you'll be tempted to order another round just for yourself. Do it and thank us later. 1909 W. 25th St., Cleveland, 216-344-9400, townhallohiocity.com
